Ginko Systems LLC offers a state of the art Cisco VoIP Call Center with real time metrics, featuring a well trained and managed staff. Our initial workload was in-calls for the self-storage business. These calls are tied to the call center directly through our on-site Kiosk. We assist our callers in selecting the proper unit by advising them of specials, evaluate their needs base on a standardized matrix, and assist them in setting up their account and finalizing the sell. We also handle customer’s post sales questions like why my access code is suspended or not working, help them resolve issues, and modify their accounts. In short, we act as the local attendant without being physically at the facility. We are expanding this service to other customers outside the Self- Storage business. We can offer you an in-call call center to expand or replace your on-site assistance. Ginko Systems can also supplement your own call center during peak periods.
